UN Structure & The Need for Reform

The United Nations, despite its importance, in its current form cannot fairly oversee the legitimacy of governments. Veto power, financial dependence on states, and varying interpretations of 'human rights' have allowed many unaccountable governments to be easily accepted into the international system.
